Emma Cayley, Current Chair of UCFL has been appointed to the REF subpanel for 2029.
Emma said of her reaction to the news: ‘I am honoured and humbled by this appointment and looking forward very much to serving with colleagues on the REF2029 subpanel for Modern Languages and Linguistics to highlight the excellent research that is being carried out up and down the country. I am also excited by the opportunity this affords me to help shape and safeguard the future diversity of our disciplines across the wide variety of HE institutions represented by UCFL.’
