UCFL collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, institution, email address)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide UCFL with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Request to join our mailing list
- Request to be added as the primary or secondary contact for a member institution
We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
- Request to attend one of our plenary events
- Speak or present at one of our plenary events
- Act as the lead financial contact for UCFL subscription
How will we use your data?
UCFL collects your data so that we can:
- Email you regarding our activities and events.
How do we store your data?
UCFL securely stores your data on cloud based storage, which is only accessible to members of the UCFL steering group.
We will keep this data until you request that it be deleted or you unsubscribe from our mailing list.

UCFL would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request UCFL for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
